The service representative was kind but the car selection needs to be better. As much as rentals cost nowadays you would think to have a newer, decent looking vehicle rather getting one that a claim was already on due to the vehicle being dented in some areas, paint chipped off, scratched up and making a cranking sound when put in reverse. It did get me to my destination safe and back but I dropped the car off the day before it was due back because I'd rather drive my own car if I had to drive that one any longer. Reserved an SUV weeks in advance for a family vacation, only to be told 30 minutes before pickup that it wasn't available due to Enterprise's poor planning and business processes. Was forced to take a filthy sedan that reeked of cigarettes, had torn seats, garbage inside, and alignment issues that made it veer left constantly. This completely ruined our family vacation - we couldn't fit our luggage and had to cancel planned activities because Enterprise failed to honor a simple reservation.
