Rented an SUV online for a week. Got a voicemail from them an hour before pickup to tell me that they didn’t have an SUV, but they could get me into a sedan. When I arrived to pick it up they tried to charge me DOUBLE the price online because the sedan was a luxury sedan. Customer service has went downhill like extremely bad. And the dollar has went way uphill. They're not thriving on customer service to make the customer happy. Anymore, even though they say we'll do anything we can for our customers... But they wouldn't drive an exta 15 minute just because it out of their guidelines to come and get a customer.
My daughter had an accident that totaled her car out. Enterprise was who we got our rental through. It was all handled through the insurance company, so we just had to show up and pay the refundable hold fee and off we went. It was a very easy & quick process. The fellas were very busy that day but handled everything like pro's.
Easy breezy reservation, pickup, and drop off of a 30 day rental. Very impressed.
They were great in person. Tried to reach out over the phone but ended up on hold for over 45 min before giving up.
