I love it easy fast and cheap rate
We made a reservation for a 15 seat van 1 month before our family vacation and the manager Cory Walter just texted me 1 day before picking it up to tell me that he had no van for me and the worse part he couldn't even get me a solution for his mess like another vehicle, he just said "I'm sorry" so bad because we were counting on enterprise for this family vacation. Very disheartening experience. Had an issue with someone doing damage to the vehicle. I wasn't anywhere near the vehicle. Not in the vehicle. I was inside a building. So if you're going to rent a vehicle be prepared that you're going to have to pay for damages to vehicles when you rent them even if you arent near them. Absolutely terrible customer service We came in to rent a car and were told we needed to provide proof of address in order to use our debit card. Since they were about to close, we specifically asked if we would still be able to come back after getting the document. We were told, “Yes, you’re fine. Go get the paper and come back.” We rushed to get the proof of address as quickly as we could, only to return and find the office completely closed.
