Not only great rate after paying out of pocket, great customer service, and helped me through with a rental due to the place fixing it to take over two and a half months to find a bumper!
College ave branch is horrible for customer service. I will never go back to enterprise because of this. When you call the customer service number they can do nothing to help you besides tell you they will have a regional manager contact you then they never do. So if you walk in and something about your pick is is different at all. Go somewhere else. Otherwise you’re SOL. It’s been over a week since I’ve had 3 people tell me a regional manager will contact me within 24 hrs and non of them have.
Awesome experience with Enterprise! My family needed to rent an SUV for a week and a half and made a reservation online. Check in was a breeze! I wish I could remember the man's name who checked us in, but he was great! Very professional, welcoming and friendly. Our rental was a brand new Jeep Compass which had the perfect space for our family and our needs. Unlimited miles was a bonus! Bringing it back and checking back in was fast, too.
