We were disappointed with our car on this rental. We have rented several times from Enterprise around the country and this vehicle was not up to the quality standards we are used to. The store manager took some off the bill which we appreciated. The car had 29K miles on it, many body dings and scratches and the worse part was the stained seats! We will continue to use Enterprise!
