If I could give negative stars I would. Definitely a terrible experience. The manager has the worst customer service ethic I have experienced from any Enterprise rental agency that I have been too from all over the US. I have had many many rentals, dealt with offices all over the USA and all have had not but good compliments come from me. But do not expect the Williston office to show you much respect unless you are a multi million dollar company that receives favoritism.
