One star is too many. I had a reservation, upon arrival was told there were no cars. I understand things can happen, but the agent was incredibly rude and inconsiderate, not to mention had no interest in even attempting to find a solution to the situation. A person with her attitude should not be working in a position interacting with customers in any capacity.

Really poor service! I was told a car would be here for me at 9:30pm I arrived at 8:30 pm. My wife and I took a Uber here to pick up car. Lady at the counter said they do not have a car and won't have one for 3 more days. No other rental agencies here have cars available either. I called to complain they say they will have a manager call me but can't say how long that will be. I needed to go back home to North Carolina but no way to get there now. My boyfriend reserved a car on Wednesday… went to get it this morning, Saturday Sep 19 and they had cancelled it!!! He called and spent an hour on the phone with someone prior to this scheduled pick up and they cancelled it again. We are going out of town to visit our daughter at college and this was our only way to get there. Now we are scrambling trying to find something.
