DON’T RESERVE ONLINE!!!!!! They will let you book a car online even when there are no cars available. I arrived to pick up my reserved car and was told there were no cars available. I am now completely out of luck and cannot get a car anywhere else. Enterprise should not of let me reserve a car there was none available. Waisting people time and putting people in a bad position. The people behind me in line also were told they could not get a car that they RESERVED FOR!

I am writing this review to share about the horrible customer experience in had with the assistant manager at this enterprise location along with the roadside assistance center. Long story short there was an issue with the tire on my initial vehicle that I rented in NC. However I was able to switch that vehicle at the RDU airport with no issue on my way to Virginia. Sadly as I got to VA the current SIV encountered an issue which caused the car to need to be towed. The roadside assistance team provided inaccurate information ... read more

I contacted them about the charge on my credit card...Matthew the manager!! Was very rude obnoxious and arrogant! I didn't understand a couple of things with the billing process..He spoke to me like I was a child..He was talking over me and said "you weren't saying anything anyway. He Implied I wasn't trying to pay my bill..Which was unbelievable! I told him I wouldn't be spoken to like that.. He threatened to put me on the no rent list... Enterprise was there for me through the total loss of my vehicle. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. I really enjoy my rental 2024 Toyota Camry. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ .
