This was the best and easiest rental I have ever had!! The employees at this location, particularly, Vinny and Megan, were kind, respectful, and did everything to make life easier for me after my car was totaled. It was a pleasure working with them 😊
Hassle free with friendly, professional service. The auto was in pristine condition
They cancelled my rental 1 day before I was due to leave for a road trip to Canada. They blamed it on no longer having a minivan available and that they don’t allow rented minivans into Canada. However 10 days earlier I confirmed with them directly that I could take a minivan into Canada after I had initially rented a suv (which they don’t allow). We have rented a nissan Rogue 2025 from Enterprise in Cranston for two days. The car was in perfect condition, and the rental process was so easy.
