I had to take my car in for body work. Enterprise Rental drove the car from Baraboo WI & had dropped it off at the location where i had to take my car for service. The car was a very new Nissan ULTIMA 2023. It was a beautiful looking vehicle inside & out. Had all the nice bells & whistles within. The car was totally cleaned inside. Came with a full tank of gas. Great customer service.
I am always satisfied with the service I receive at Enterprise. I have rented several vehicles and the only issue I have had was a rental where the passenger seat wouldn't go back and forward. We made due with it. When I told the manager about the seat, he immediately apologized and asked what he could do to make it right. I wanted for them to know about it before they rented it again. I am 100% that I will continue to use Enterpeise for my rental needs.
These people are friendly and very helpful they just don't want you to have a car they want you to have the right one thank you for being there 😂
Wish it'd go back to you get what you order. Not get there and in order what you need to use vehicle for you have to pay the difference for upgrade
