Jack, Adelle, and the other gentleman (I never got his name, my apologies), have been working with me since I moved here, and I can't say enough, both about their customer service skills and their kindness and decency as human beings. Enterprise should be proud, and give them all the shout-outs for their beyond exemplary service and attitudes!

I am so pissed. They banned me from renting and won’t take me off all because the vehicle was due back on the weekend and the guy said that they were closed anyway on the weekend so I could bring it back on Monday. Well, I listened to him and they banned me saying I didn’t bring the vehicle back when promised!
