I have rented from Enterprise several times recently and have had a most enjoyable experience. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, and they actually care and want you to have a good experience.

Was best car I ever drove ! Twice the car I have in the shop right now . Is brand new Hondi Alantra. Super high tech

On the day to pick up the car, they asked me to pick the car 2 hours early so they could leave. I asked if there would be a problem if I still returned it at the original agreed time. He said no problem and he’d make a note on the contract. They charged me an additional 2 hours for my doing them a favor.

Called 10 days prior to needing a vehicle, they made the reservation, said it should be all good. I get there the day of the pick up and they don't have anything, don't know if anything will be available today. Send me to the Kierney location in Springfield. I call Kierney while on the way and they don't have anything either. I call every other location in Springfield, the airport location, Clinton, and even Eldon since I'm heading that way.
