I have to say that after reading so many negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised. Although the category of vehicle I originally reserved was not available (usually the case at other locations as well) I was not charged for the upgrade. I decided to wait for a vehicle in my class thinking it would serve my needs better; however, when it did not, they were extremely understanding and swapped everything over with no problem. I reserved a vehicle through enterprise.com. I was needing to take a trip to visit my father in the Hospital. The day of my reservation I get a voice. The voice mail said "Unfortunately we don't have a vehicle for you. We will give you a call if one comes available." Seriously? My father is on his death bed! I tried calling the local number. It would auto answer, then put you on hold for a minute, then it would hang up on you. VERY FRUSTRATING under the circumstances. I called the corporate customer service number. I have been a regular customer of this Enterprise location for many years and rent a car from them one to two times a month and never had any problem till today. The manager treated me horrible and changed prices and his story no less than 5 times... Telling me that he was going to charge me for the full size car when I had a coupon for a free double upgrade.
