This place is very unorganized!! I would not recommend going here. When I rented a car a few weeks ago, the guy who gave me the vehicle said I had to pay $27 a night for the damage waiver protection plan. I was blindsided because the insurance company told me I only had to pay for the deposit. I asked him if this charge was required and he told me yes. THIS WAS A LIE!!!! Be VERY careful if going through insurance. Understand your coverage and read everything before signing. Several errors were made. I was overcharged an excess of $536 when I was fully covered through insurance. I had to call their phone multiple times and jump through hoops to get my money back. On 2 separate occasions I reserved a 15 passenger van and both times they called me the day before the reservation to cancel

Car was delivered clean and on time. However, I got a stripped GMC when I had previously been told that a reasonably equipped Kia Sorrento had been reserved for me. The car That I received served the purpose but was disappointing. Be warned if you're not going to their facility to preview what you'll be renting.

I live close to this location and wanted to enquire about my reservation made by auto insurance company. I kept on calling them for almost 2 hours. Someone will pick the call, before even I say "hello" they answer the call directly with, "please hold on the line" and they forget that there is a caller on hold. I was waiting every time when they place me on hold for about 5 to 10 minutes. I get fed up and I'll disconnect the call and will call them back.
