I live close to this location and wanted to enquire about my reservation made by auto insurance company. I kept on calling them for almost 2 hours. Someone will pick the call, before even I say "hello" they answer the call directly with, "please hold on the line" and they forget that there is a caller on hold. Be VERY careful if going through insurance. Understand your coverage and read everything before signing. Several errors were made. I was overcharged an excess of $536 when I was fully covered through insurance. I had to call their phone multiple times and jump through hoops to get my money back. When I finally spoke with the manager and informed him that I have been in touch with employee Sam throughout my entire rental, his response was something along the lines of thats not her title or place to understand my policy and ex... read more
