Came out the second day of rental and vehicle would not start. Fortunately we had jumper cables in our garage but l needed to scramble to get to my appointment. I called the next day and reported it to a customer service representative who simply said “.Thank you for bringing it to our attention”. No apology for the inconvenience, no concern expressed related to the overall experience, simply “Thank you for bringing it to our attention”. When I dropped of the car they showed me a scratch around the front head light on the left side that was neglected initially when we picked up the car, There same person did the checks and said the scratch was negligible and when I dropped up she said the scratch wasn't there, I am so disappointed for this dishonesty and I drop for two hours to a hotel for a conference and back,the car was packed on the same spot on the packing lot and not back packed.
