great experience
My experience was awesome. Customer service in 126th in Harlem was great. I returned rental to Eastchester in BX. Very accommodating. Took care of me. Took me to get my car. Tatiana Williams at Eastchester location. Very very nice. Hope I got first name right. But she was very helpful and made sure I was taken to get my own car.
Jc was a great help he went above and beyond as well as his co-worker who's name escapes me.
