She did the same thing to me and put me on the do not rent list all because I said I don't think you should be asking me if I paid my con Edison bill just to rent a car with my credit card . I reached out mutplie times to ask why I am not on the do not rent list . And i know it's because she knew I was going to report her. Lucky my phone died in the mist of recording her actions. Customer service is no better . They say we will get back to you and never reach back out .

I love the Harlem Enterprise ohana! Never a hassle and always a friendly and welcoming experience! I won't rent anywhere else; I actually look forward to catching up with the staff to see how they're doing! In 40 years of car rentals, all over the world, this little haven is the best!!
My car was dirty and had a hole in the carpet. However, I would not use Enterprise again because other car rental companies offer a flat rate for unlimited tolls with E-Z Pass.
I enjoy using enterprise rental cars..their services were straight forward and their customers services were nice. I will definitely refer my friends and family to them..thanks
