The Rental person was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude.
My motorhome broke down in Walterboro, SC on our way to Disney. My wife and I scrambled to make alternate arrangements and we needed a truck to transport my family and our food & belongings. I reserved a truck from the main number and when I arrived at the local Enterprise, there was no truck. To keep this short, Diamond went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me out, and I cannot thank her enough for her help she provided that day. I feel extremely fortunate that she was working that day.
Diamond and Brandon are top-notch! They always make sure I’m safe and satisfied with my rentals!
