We dropped a car here and the transaction was smooth. Mr. Kush was very professional in my dealings with him and he went above and beyond to assist me.
First of all, no one answers the phone. They only have one person sitting up there answering the phone, and you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. I dropped the rental I had off 2 whole weeks ago and still have not received my $100 security deposit back, I have called and spoke to someone about this twice now and it's always the same excuse that they're just short staffed and to give it 2-3 days. Had an outstanding experience. Only one employee managed to help several customers in quick succession and all the time maintained the utmost composure and professionalism.
I had the pleasure of having 2 great employees help me name Issac and Daniel. Both were polite with great customer service. I will have to use enterprise in the future for my rental needs. Thanks.
