Being an Enterprise Plus member made renting very easy. I was able to reserve a vehicle online & it took no time for the agent to get me in my vehicle and on the road. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable! Enterprise is definitely my go to place for rentals.
I always use enterprise. The prices are competitive. Any complaints are addressed promptly and professionally. They seem to care.
I rented a car through enterprise due to an accident. I signed two days worth of insurance and told the woman if i needed full coverage id reach back out after the 2 days. Welp she went ahead and continued to charge my card so i ended up canceling my entire credit card due to charges daily. Then i just received a letter that i owe 52.79. Mind you geico was paying for the rental and i was responsible for gas. I had that car for 1 week and got charged over 150.00. For gas!?! Enterprise is awful. Professional, friendly, and rapid service!
I went to pick up car, but it wasn't ready. I was told it had to be cleaned. I assumed it was almost done since I arrived at exact time of pick up via my reservation. After waiting for a bit, I informed them I needed to get moving. They found me a better car immediately that was available and waived the gas fee. I really appreciated this service.
