My name is Steven Knight and i recently rented a car from enterprise in elkins wv and Levon Cottonwood was the agent filling in for the normal agent he was the most Humble agent we have ever dealt with he was heelpful in every way that he could and never once rolled an eye got upset or anything he was awesome enterprise should be very grateful they have an employee of that caliber. I spoke with Matt on Jan 20th 2025 to set up a truck rental for April 14th 2025. I told Matt that I need a pickup because I work construction. He told me it won’t be an issue and it would cost me $4.00 per day out of pocket. I told him that’s fine. Today April 11th I called to make sure they have my truck ready for Monday. The lady working informed me they have no trucks call Clarksburg. I called Clarksburg and they have no trucks. So I went to the Elkins location to talk them to figure out a solution. They were very nice to my husband. He had a car from where someone had hit his car and it was in the shop getting fixed. The car was Nice. It was a Hybrid so it was part Electric and part Gas we didn't have to change it it changed itself thank goodness and it was Great on gas. The people working there were nice to him and even came picked him up and when we returned it took us to pick up our car. Good Customer Service.
