My pick up was 45 minutes late but everything else went fine
Went to Fairborn Oh location for a rental while our car is being repaired after an accident. They gave me a Jeep to drive which I loved and it was fun to drive but became concerned about gas mileage. I called them up they told me to come in and they would swap out cars for me. It was simple easy everyone was friendly. Jeeps are fun to drive but the Nissan gets way better gas mileage. Very easy process!!
I rented a car to go from Toledo OH to Dayton OH. Both Enterprise dealerships were very helpful and pleasant. They explained everything I needed to know and were really just great!!

Went to pick up a car that I had booked through a third party and they couldn't find my reservation. The young lady that helped me was amazing. I've never had a bad experience at those locations. Thank you for making a situation that could have been very stressful not stressful at all. I appreciate it.
