Booked a one-way car for tomorrow through their website, received confirmation email. 2hrs after booking, I got a phone call explaining they have no car before Saturday… On their website, they offered the choice between 4 different categories for this one-way reservation… and they have nothing ??? I don’t understand how they don’t have visibility on availability for the next day. Obviously no compensation offered. For now, the only positive aspect is they call me the day before, so at least I won’t pay for a taxi tomorrow !!... read more
We urgently needed to travel to Las Vegas from Mammoth due to personal circumstances so booked a one-way car rental from Mammoth Lakes through the website. We received confirmation and had paid for the rental. Enterprise Mammoth cancelled our booking 1h20 before we were due to pick up the car, stating they had no cars available for another two days. Employee stayed after hours to get me my car (tow truck was late so i could not pick up rental on time) but i got upsold without clear telling me and charged for luxury car instead of midsize. Still waiting to hear back from Enterprise and get this settled.
