I want to give a huge thank you to Mr. Cruz, the manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Mammoth Lakes Airport. We were visiting Mammoth Lakes when suddenly several warning signs started showing up on our car. It was a Sunday, and we called multiple auto shops in the area, but unfortunately no one was available to help us. We were really worried that something serious was wrong with the car. Although we didn't rent a car here, I'm still giving them 5 stars for their outstanding helpfulness. After leaving Death Valley, I thought there was something seriously wrong with our car because the engine had a significant loss of power. Our rental company referred us to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The employee took the time to explain that the issue was caused by the extreme heat and even tested the car to make sure everything was okay. Thank you so much for your excellent service!
Every fourth of July, we camp in Bridgeport, which is about an hour from Mammoth airport. We use an RV and decided to rent a car this year to have a little bit more access to the local activities. Our rep James Bevins went above and beyond for us when we hit some unexpected traffic, causing us to be late for our pick up appointment. Overall, it was a very easy and positive experience. Looking forward to doing it again next year!
Chad and James what can I say they were absolutely amazing. Our rental car broke down as we were headed to Lake Tahoe and in less than 30 min they had us in a new rental. Super friendly! Even though they had very limited cars they still managed to get us something so we could continue our vacation. Thank you so much
