Made my reservation on line. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived. The staff was friendly and prompt. No problems at all.
We absolutely loved our experience with Enterprise for our family road trip. Having USAA insurance gave us a discount, but when we arrived to pick up our car, they upgraded us to the intermediate category. We received a Chevy Cruz and absolutely loved it. The customer service before and after our trip was great and we will be using them again in the future!

Everyone was very polite, courteous, and helpful. The place was very clean, all the employees were dressed professionally, and the car came clean and ready to go. They came and picked me up and the driver was a real gentleman. I would use this place again if I needed a rental car. They were very reasonable with their fees also; even though someone else way paying the bill.
