I was greeted by the employees by name. Trevor Lange was the employee who took me to the vehicle making small talk putting me at ease. He had a great big smile and is always pleasant. I miss the previous manager, Sam Scott. He was wonderful!!
After waiting a extra day to receive a car (not during a busy season), I used a descent car for a month on my insurance dime. When the insurance money ram out, I received calls every few days and almost always at the most inconvenient time, asking me when I was returning the car and if they could bill my credit card NOW. Each time I told them yes however, you'd think that after spending well over a thousand with them already, they'd trust that you will pay the bill when the car is returned.
