Car was dirty, change oil soon light on,and no upgrades available.
2 times I’ve had issues with a reservation at this location. The lady is not helpful and very slow moving with her job. Answered phone while helping me and was on it for a long time instead of placing them on hold so it was too late to get to another location before they closed. I will do my car rentals elsewhere from now on
I rarely take the time to post a review. However, the team at the Enterprise Desk at the Toledo Express Airport have consistently proven to be exemplary!! They are friendly, supportive and dedicated to providing excellent customer service- I will be and have been a returning customer for those reasons- I highly recommend using them
