Agent, Becky, stayed beyond her work scheduled hours to make sure those passengers of a delayed flight were able to get their cars. Great customer service all around.
Everything went better than expected.
Car was dirty, change oil soon light on,and no upgrades available.
2 times I’ve had issues with a reservation at this location. The lady is not helpful and very slow moving with her job. Answered phone while helping me and was on it for a long time instead of placing them on hold so it was too late to get to another location before they closed. I will do my car rentals elsewhere from now on
