Worst customer service of my life, "I recently rented a Dodge Durango from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a trip at this location and my experience was extremely disappointing. I booked the car a week in advance and even confirmed the reservation the day before. However, the morning of my rental, I received a call just 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, telling me the car wasn't available. First time ever renting a car and it was an easy smooth and quick process! The car we used was a great car. It was great on gas, comfortable, and lots of trunk space we needed for our vacation.
