Its been a very nice experience with team at glenside. This is my second renting at this location as i visit on business. Customer service is really great and very customer focused. Picking up was quick and though its a busy day they kept in touch and enguaged.Slection of cars can be a improvement area to add little more options. I would certianly recommend this location and i have been renting with enterprise for more than 10yrs now. Its been good assocation.
I had 3 rentals there in a little overy a week. The first experience, with one of their reps, was so-so but the next one was wonderful! Lauren and Kiwan (sorry if name is misspelled), gave me excellent customer service. The second rental was last minute, and they were very accommodating to my needs. I really appreciated their help. I will patronize this location again.
