My experience was excellent, the employees are very nice and helpful with smiles on their face. I love that type of service and Louie the manager is excellent if you ever have any problems he will definitely work it out! Excellent service! I give Enterprise on Camp road 5 stars! Definitely will be back!
Wonderful Staff! All employees were great. Upon y return, all 5 employees remembered me & asked how the trip was.
Easiest return of a rental car I have ever had ! — the agent was so courteous, efficient and prompt— we were on our way in a few minutes! Recommend highly!
I rented from the Enterprise location on Camp Road, Hamburg New York. I received excellent customer service from Hailey who works in that office, who made me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommended 👌
