The team at the Hamburg location, was exactly that, a team! This group of professionals makes you feel comfortable and taken care. Everyone was personable, efficient and very trusted due their knowledge on all questions. I’ve rented a lot of cars in my life and hands down this was the most qualified and fun team to work with. Take a walk in sometime and you’ll see exactly what I mean.
From start to finish, Enterprise kept me updated on the status of vehicle repair, extension for my rental, and even gave me updates as to what was happening during the whole process.
I’ve had a truly frustrating experience with this Enterprise location, particularly with a staff member named Paige. I was rear-ended and received a rental through my insurance while my car is in the shop. When the check engine light came on in the rental, I called this location (which is only 5 miles from my home) to switch it out.
