I had a confirmed reservation for today, I arrived at the counter and it is closed for 4th of July. Their website says they are open, and the website accepted the request to rent a car. Very frustrating that our family is stranded with no way to figure out alternate transportation since it is a holiday in a small town and all other car rental agencies are closed.
