Were at the rental pickup at 9 AM as specified. There were two employees at the front area but only one checking customers in. When we finally were up to the counter we were to receive a GMC Terrain or similar...the vehicle that they attempted to put us in was much smaller than a Terrian. After discussing this we were offered then a Ford Edge. This was closer to the vehicle expected but we had to wait for it to supposedly be cleaned. Thought I'll take a moment to express my opinion with Enterprise, as a long time customer from Florida I found from office to office you get the same service, some a bit friendly some in question but the service is outstanding and personal. Yes it is about customer satisfaction and from 1-10 I would give Altoona a 10. Yes different faces from time to time but the training they get is well displayed
