The worst customer service I experienced in my entire life. I was just in a car accident and my insurance company told me to come to this place because they reserved a vehicle for me, and the tow company was going to tow my vehicle all the way back home 2.5 hours away. I begged the two gentleman to please help my daughter and me because I’m not from the area we were just in an accident, and I’m trying to get her back to college, and the towing company was coming to take my vehicle. Great staff
Excellent service and a genuinely friendly staff! We rented a large SUV for the week, and the entire experience was seamless. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and ran perfectly. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, courteous, and made the process incredibly easy. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother rental experience and will absolutely return to this Enterprise location for future rentals.
