It was horrible. I had a reservation that was scheduled yesterday, and I got there today and they have no car for me!! I'm without a car because I was in an accident and the other person's insurance is covering me for my rental.
Place is a joke, This is the second time this place has screwed me. No more, won't be dealing with Enterprise ever again. This time when making my reservation for my car I told them I needed an SUV or Hatchback. Got my conformation and it was for a pick up truck. I called them and told them this wouldn't work because I had equipment I needed to carry that couldn't be I. the elements. No problem I was told SUV it is. Be aware, if you have an out of state license. You must have a major credit card with a minimum of $500 available on it. To rent any vehicle from enterprise in the state of Virginia. DEBIT CARDS OR CASH IS NOT EXCEPTED!
BEWARE OF SCAMMING‼️ I was given a rental Nissan Altima after a car accident earlier this month. Since my vehicle was totaled, I had to extend the rental for an additional couple of days at my own expense. My mistake was not looking at the roof of the vehicle that I was lend. Apparently there was a dent (the type that can be EASILY fixed with a plunger and hot water LOL) prior to my usage (or maybe even after).
