I rent cars often for work, close to 30 a year and this is the first time I’ve felt the need to leave a review, which really says something. This location was exceptional. Nick and Mario were incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient, making the whole experience positive. The car was also spotless and check in was quick. The employees at this location are always extremely professional, accommodating, and have amazing attitudes! They have always treated me like a valued and appreciated customer, which is so rare, that I noticed it even more. I rent several times a month, often at the last minute, and have never had an issue. I realize customer service positions like these are extremely difficult and it is not possible to please everyone all the time, but they definitely seem to go out of their way to try! Nick and Trevor and Mario were amazing and displayed exemplary customer service. Renting a car can be a hassle, especially in a situation such as mine where a car accident was the reason for renting. They somehow managed to make the whole experience a pleasant one. I will definitely use the Roosevelt branch in Seattle again and highly recommend them.
