Worked with Nick @ Roosevelt Way. Super helpful, even razoring the windows to eliminate glare from a mystery deposit on the glass. Great attitude!
Omar and Nick made my experience exceptional! I'll be at ease next time I need to rent a car from Enterprise, with preference to this location.
Okok
Excellent customer service! I was unable to deal with the modern cars (push button ignition, etc) and so they were able to acquire a vehicle that I was more comfortable with. I am 68 years old and my car is a 2010 Subaru Forester.
