My car was in the shop. Needed a car to get to work etc. They had a sadan that met my needs at a good price. They couldn't have been more helpful.
Never answered the phone tried calling all day.
Booked a rental through the phone. Ubered there and apparently they didn’t have any cars when I got there. They pretty much told me to kick rocks, they didn’t offer a ride to another location or a uber back home or even a refund for my transportation to their location.. Very bad service don’t recommend this location at all.
Great place to rent from Cam & Eric were so polite and courteous I was flabbergasted. Their customer service was impeccable. My car was clean and full of gas and I’ll rent again soon. Thank You
Reserved a mini van over a month ago. Received a confirmation email this week regarding the mini van rental. Day of our trip we get a call that there is no mini van available and no other car available. Thanks for the 3 hour notice prior to our trip. There is no rental car place worse than this. Sounds like they do this quite often to people.
