I have been renting cars and trucks from Enterprise for the past 25 years. The inside customer service people always been so kind and helpful and put their customers first for their needs. And I've always thought the prices were great! If there ever was an incident with a flat or something wrong with the car, they're out there right away with another vehicle for you. I highly recommend Enterprise Car rental. Thankyou
No hassle and quick
Great place to rent from
Provide a Toll reader or a transponder. I drove once with my personal Toll transponder and it was not read by the Toll reader and Illinois Toll has charged $1.50. Which is all fine, I can pay that, but Enterprise charged additional $25 for processing this $1.50 fee to Illinois Toll. Enterprise should provide a Toll Transponder for your car and only add the Toll fees to the rental charges
Very polite and helpful staff at this location, I have rented alot of vehicles in the pase from them and am always on the road within minutes of getting there .
