Reserved a Premium 4WD pickup online a week and a half in advance. Morning of my pickup I received a call stating they did not have the pickup but rest assured they could offer me a minivan. They had one job...
We go online to reserve a rental but twice now they have messed up. The first time they just did not have any luxury class that we reserved so we had to cancel our plans and reschedule. The second time we called over 24 hours before the reservation day (as instructed) to make sure they had the car we were wanting to rent. Husband and I always rented a car here for our long trips. But today he got a call saying our RESERVATION that we made in early JUNE is going to be canceled because the car didn't get returned. Told us WE should call and see if another location has a car for us. How are you going to cancel our reservation and not help us find a solution or another similar vehicle in the area?
