Very polite and helpful staff at this location, I have rented alot of vehicles in the pase from them and am always on the road within minutes of getting there .
This Algonquin store is absolutely outstanding!! The customer service is the best ever!! Cam- manages this place n treats you like family!! I drive by 2 other car rental places to have my company rent from here every month . Marcus and Eric have been outstanding. I would steal these guys to run my orthopedic surgery practice if I could. I would not rent from any where else
Friendly customer service, the car we got was a smooth ride very comfortable. Gas mileage was exactly what we needed very affordable. Easy drop off.
