I think they should notify the website when locations are no longer open ...like the one in Lockhart! All day I have been calling & no answer at all. It rings and rings... But website says open 8am-530 pm. So when I finally drove by to see the empire sign was gone and the building is empty. Now I kniw why they don't answer. But they should update their website information so I don't waste an entire day trying to rent a car near me so I can make a better arrangement for further locations.
