The staff is always courteous and responsive to my needs. I have rented from this location multiple times and I will continue to do so.
If I could 0 stars I would. I was told then I made the reservation with them that my insurance is really good and I could have my pick of what I wanted for a vehicle. I am getting my car repaired in Pittsboro and this location is right next door so seemed conviennent. I arrange a reservation in coordination with my insurance company. When I went to pick up rental after dropping my car off at the collision center they said they thought my reservation was 2pm not 9am even though I had the confirmation.
