Location either needs to hire more people or shutdown. Get here to pick up vehicle at 110 pm only to find out they are out to lunch from 1 - 2 pm. It is posted on the door but not anywhere on website when it was booked. Website definitely needs to update this info as well as here on google.
I called to pick up a car due to an insurance claim. The reservation was set and when I went to get the car, the guy stated "they gave the car to someone else" although I had the confirmation confirmed for the car. Then when I ask for another car, he said "no" i would have to pay out of pocket. They do not have "insurance" cars at that time.
I received great customer service by a courteous and friendly young man.He answered all my questions and was ready to provde the services I needed in a timely manner.
After a car accident I needed a rental while my car was being repaired. The Pittsboro, NC location was perfect. The staff members there were so easy to work with and fully explained everything. Should the need arise in the future, I will definitely go to this location.
