I was in a panic because I was picking up but nobody was there. Door was locked and I never received a courtesy call at least informing me that my reservation was either still good or why nobody was there. Not knowing what is going on was stressful on top of what I was already dealing with, plus I was running late on my departure then also. If they offered a decent compensation it would help. I needed a car for just a day trip and Enterprise made it so easy and wonderful! I was able to do most of the rental work online at my convenience so when I got to the store it was quick and easy. The guy working was friendly and helpful. The SUV was beautiful and so very nice! Everything ran smoothly... Will definitely use them again if needed!
