Had a confirmation for a rental car. I showed up and they had no cars. Not one
Great people to deal with. Unfortunately the vehicle I had booked wasn't available, but wasn't their fault (renter 1 day before I was supposed to get the car backed into a post). Guy gave me a discount, and I ended up getting a really nice vehicle that actually turned out to be far more practical than the vehicle I booked initially. Edit: This year they are experiencing a recall on Chrysler/Dodge vehicles, so finding a 7 passenger vehicle was nearly impossible.
