The staff member that worked with us was difficult and charged us more than they said they would. They claim that the vehicle hail damage on it even though we haven’t been anywhere that had hail.
We’ve been a regular customer a few times now without any issues. Because of medical issues, I can’t drive and therefore don’t have a license. My mom drives. So when we rent, she rents the car because she drives, and I pay. They’ve done it that way several times now.
