Awesome service, very prompt, very competent representative. Kiani was very helpful and made the process seamless.
I can't even explain how good James and his coworker were! James made arrangements to pick me up, he picked me up earlier than originally scheduled. The car was clean and in great shape. When I dropped off the car I asked for a ride home, James agreed without complaint! James' coworker gave me a ride home and spoke with me all the way home! Very few companies display such amazing customer service nowadays. Keep it up! Enterprise should be proud!
