Even though they were busy that day, everyone was still nice and acted in a professional manner.
Rental was not washed,my reservation that I made online was not honored I had to pay more I asked them was they honor my reservation and she said NO .I Had to wait till 3pm to get Rental cause they didn't have any vehicles on the lot .
I just wanted to take time and thank Colasia & Chance! Awesome people…friendly & get you in and out quick. Moving in to this town and not having my own car, I was happy to see enterprise car rental, and was even happier with their service. Thanks again🫡
Despite booking in advance on 3 separate occasions no vehicle has been available. Unreliable. Never happened in the past when there was a different Manager and especially never when the Manager Zack was there. Vehicles where driven from Cleveland location to facilitate reservations.
