I have been going to this Enterprise in Middletown for the past two years. Recently on March 8, 2025, I did not have a pleasant professional experience. The customer service was not good at all. The treatment was unwelcoming, and the information given was not clear. I would rather go to another location. very disappointing!
The absolute worst customer service in this location. I called the call center, they were accommodating. Secured my SUV rental, secured my pick up from home while my car is in repair shop. Everything was great. THEN THE BRANCH CALLS. Cancels my pickup because I'm 23 mins away (they only go 15 mins the rude guy on the phone says). Can't promise me my SUV because I made a last minute reservation. I explain to him that the reason it's last minute is because I needed it LAST MINUTE while my Audi is in repair. I want to share my poor experience at this location I originally booked for a mid size SUV March 8–12th but due to work I had to change my reservation to 22-26th of February I called 3 days in advance to make the change was told to be there right at 8am on 22nd and they would definitely have a SUV ready to go for me… I get there at exactly 8am.
