As a business traveler in my previous life, I used to rent cars all the time.Every time I would try to rent a car from Middletown enterprise, they would never have any cars available.No matter when I rented it, a week out ,five weeks out ,two days before ,there was always an excuse. This has been many, many years. It never seems to be fixed. I don't understand it. I don't know how they stay in business. You are permanently off my call list for renting a car.
They dont pick up more than 10 min away. Car I reserved was rented to another. Had to wait while they detailed another car.
My wife and I love this place. Mr. Cris and his team are wonderful. Thanks, guys
