Made a reservation. Called to confirm. The man flat out just lied to me about honoring my 5pm reservation. Then I never got a call back as I was promised. Oh boy, the best part. I spent my entire afternoon trying to get someone on the phone and they never picked up. Eventually they turned the phones off. They’re liars and they ghost paying customers who would’ve taken full boat. Enterprise on 76th & State has awesome people working there. The rental pickup was quick and easy. They gave me a 2025 suv to drive and I fell in love with it. I needed the car longer so editing the return day online was so simple and hassle free. Returning the car also went smoothly. Would definitely rent here again, their vehicles are top tier
