We had a great experience with Enterprise
My recent rental with Enterprise was outstanding. The team provided fast, courteous service and made the entire process seamless. The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and perfect for my travel needs. I also appreciated the clear communication and smooth return process. Overall, a very positive experience, and I will gladly rent from Enterprise again.
They know how to take a reservation but they don’t know how to hold a reservation. Highly recommend that you call the location directly to confirm availability of the vehicle you’re reserving. They always show availability when they don’t have the type of vehicle you need. No call back, no e-mail, no shame. Just a very poor experience.

I have rented numerous cars from Enterprise. But, this was the most fun I've had renting a car 🤣. You need to hire more employees like Ryan who runs the South Cape Coral Enterprise office. Thank you.. Guy
