Smooth pick up and the car was just what I chose on the website no hidden fees Michael was great as well as James at drop off will only use enterprise from now on !
Good price, quick check in process. We had some difficulties during our trip, but enterprise customer service was helpful. The branch manager was quick and efficient. Will definitely use them in the future.
I’ve had to deal with this branch twice and never again. The first time the stuck me with a Corolla, I’m 6’3. When my wife returned it they stuck it to the next driver and didn’t bother to clean it. Today I booked a reservation for a truck, and they called and said since it was same day I had to take whatever they wanted to give me. I canceled and booked a truck at the Pine Island branch. Stay away from this branch.
