Back in May, I had to rent a car for the first time after getting into a little fender bender. I walked into the Colleyville location and was immediately greeted by a smiling Mikayla. She explained the entire process to me (like I was 5 because I was new to this- ha!) and was incredibly accommodating. I had the car for a little over a week and actually really enjoyed the rental!
