Manager Jeffrey K. Osterman, Jr. decided not to honor my reservation made by an Escalation Enterprise Representative for a Ford Airbag Recall. I was told they phoned me to let me know . . .a LIE. No one phoned me. I requested to just pay for the vehicle, but he rudely decided not to rent to me . . .a car was no longer available. I had a reservation #2L3NCG. . . . I would think my reservation number reserved my rental. NOPE. I guess he just didn't like my aggravation after he would not honor the Ford Recall letter I received.... read more
