Huge line for rental pickups. I wish I got the name of the Rep checking everyone in/out, she was fantastic and the only person at the counter. Reassured my opinion of Enterprise as the place to rent cars, when you have to.

Made reservation online 1hr before arrival. (They pick the vehicle!) Waited 20 minutes before being helped. Waited another 45 mins+ still waiting.

I like that staff, is always professional and friendly. The vehicles are clean & safe I most recently experiencedI customer service at it's highest level and truly felt valued as a customer. I had the pleasure of working with staff at the Renton, WA location Mr. Efron and his Manager. I had a family emergency that I needed to extend my vehicle, they worked with me during my emergency. I can't be happier with Enterprises services. Thank you again! A VALUED customer.

This location was so great ! I didn’t know how long I need a car for Katia put me in a vehicle and I ended up swapping it for something else as it turned out the dealership was gonna hold my truck for 2 weeks. She and the team were so accommodating. I ended up only having a vehicle from them for 3 days as the dealership ended up with a loaner for me! But all said and done they even drove me to get my loaner. I would re-rent a vehicle from them again !
