I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I forgot my physical driver’s license and only had a photo of it on my phone. While I understand that company policy may require the physical license to rent a vehicle, the explanation I was given—that they “needed to scan it to pull up my reservation”—didn’t seem accurate or transparent. I went to rent a car today and had a bad experience at this Enterprise location. A woman and a man with long hair—both Spanish speakers—treated me poorly and offered absolutely no help.

Worst rental experience in my life. I was 20 minutes “late” because my plane was stuck on the tarmac for 45 minutes waiting for a gate to open up. By the time I got to the location it was 20 minutes after close but all the employees were present at their desks and behind the counters. (Aside from the 2 employees talking seductively to each other outside in the parking lot).
