Great Experience. Staff went out of their way to make sure I had vehicle that fit my needs on short notice!! Great job!
some of the best customer service i have ever received. My insurance made the reservation because i was in an accident, and this was the first time i ever had to get a rental, and they were so incredibly helpful. Michaela told me she originally works at the enterprise in cumberland MD, but they had to move her to the oakland office the day i picked up my car, and i’m sure glad they did. She explained the process so clearly, helped walk me through the paperwork, and even stayed later after they closed to help me get a car. Sh... read more
