The gentleman who checked me in was amazing he made sure I was comfortable with the car he had choose for me. The return process was super fast and great. The same gentleman was there when I returned it asked me how my experience was, I reassured him that everything was amazing and smooth. The car was super clean and easy to setup for navigation.
I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Oakland, MD. I have rented 5 cars this year and have been very satisfied with the vehicles and the knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly staff.
Reserved a car online for noon. Got a call at 1030 that they were “working on getting the car” and it would hopefully be 2-230. 230 comes around and no call. They said 4 at the latest and they will keep me updated hourly. We moved on because it was apparent we weren’t getting a car but it’s been two days and NO ONE has followed up about the car even once to confirm or anything.
