I have been dealing with this Enterprise for the last 6 years and have nothing but satisfaction from the staff who are very considerate and selfless. I would recommend this Enterprise to anyone who is looking for a good deal and excellent service.
This was the most confusing car rental experience I've ever had. When the clerk started "explaining" about the insurance options, she left me thinking that it would lower my rental rate/ Clearly, it didn't and I finally had to tell her to stop talking and I did not want any insurance products. Then she told me about the refuel rates. I was to return the tank at the same level, but if I did not, then I could choose to purchase fuel now or later. If I purchase early, the rate was much lower.
