Guys lied to us. We booked a car a week in advance for a Noon pickup. When we got to the location, they told us that they didn’t have a car and we wouldn’t have one till 3 pm when we had a 7PM flight in KC. Then they told us that they attempted to reach us but didn’t have a phone or email on file which shocked us. My wife booked the car with all my information.
