Guess what people!! I wish I can give them 0 stars! Worst customer service and unprofessional staff!! Made the reservation 2 week's ago for this location and was supposed to pick up the car today at 4 pm,at 3:30 pm received the call from them saying that they can no accommodate, they have no cars available LOL We are supposed to leve Branson tomorrow morning at 3 am,now we can't and we lost $4000 ,when I have told him that he said "That is not my problem " Shame on Branson Enterprise and people who work there!! All those reviews that said we make reservations and on day for pickup there is no car,..ARE TRUE!!!! Horrible, horrible customer service ..BE AWARE!!!!
100% would recommend this place and these people to rent a car from - fast, friendly, and so helpful, I wouldn't rent from anywhere else!
