Don’t hold your breath that your car will be available. Was told by the employee that they didn’t have any cars and were 20 cars short the day of my pickup, that today they were only short about 5 cars. However when I asked how many cars were dropped off the night prior the answer was none. How does a business gain 15 cars when none were dropped off. 10 of 10 do not recommend using this specific enterprise location.

Had car trouble in Branson, reserved a vehicle to drive while ours was being repaired. An hour later they called to say no vehicles available. Most frustrating was that the caller said there were no other rental agencies in town when a Google search shows several nearby. I understand things happen but don't appreciate the incompetence or dishonesty of not referring me to another agency.

I always rent from the Branson location. It’s easy & convenient located next to Highway 65. & 76. So no driving through some rule area or airport to find them 👍 the cars r clean & I never have had any problems w any I rented & their service is great!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Expect them to hang up on you after a minimum of 45min - 4 hour wait on hold. This has happened 11 times spread out over 3 months at different times, each time I was hung up on or told to hold and was on hold for 4h 23m once and they picked up and hung it up. Lost my business. Try calling yourself, you won’t get anyone I’ll bet you $20.
