Needed a car last minute and was easily able to transition another reservation over to this store without issue. Everyone was friendly, easy to work with, and no issues. They were helpful, patient, and accommodating. I personally would have no problem renting here again.
The Medina location all the people there were friendly, cheerful, and polite. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people.
