THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BRIAN WAS PHENOMENAL, HOWEVER I AND A FEW OTHERS WAS VERY UPSET TO SEE HIM WORKING BY HIMSELF. THAT IS NOT FAIR THAT ENTERPRISE WOULD NOT GET HIM HELP. YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS GETTING UPSET WITH HIM AND HE IS DOING THE BEST HE CAN WITH HIM BEING THE ONLY WORKER. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON WHY I AM GIVING 1 STAR. Enterprise should be ashamed to work one person to death
Emailed us one location then told us it was actually another location although our email said it was this location. Very short staffed. Long wait.

The service provided by manga bulani and the quick response when I called were excellent, especially the employees are funny and cheerful, I would like to carry them around like that.
Allowed online booking of nonexistent car, and there was an option for 12pm pick up which we found out was their closing time. Staff were not knowledgeable and were ill-equipped to help (seemed to lack training) though they seemed well meaning.
