We called yesterday to confirm that a car would be available. The gentleman we spoke with said he would call us back, but unfortunately, we never received a call. I followed up again today hoping to get some clarification, but the staff was not helpful at all. The lack of communication and customer service was really disappointing, especially after we made the effort to confirm everything ahead of time.
The car was an upgraded model. Clean. Easy checkin and checkout. Staff friendly
Great experience with Enterprise I will always use them again and so far superior to the Budget rental car so I can get the best service from Enterprise and now I know Thank you Enterprise.
Super easy process very friendly staff I pre-registered online came in. Did the walk-through picked up the keys it was that easy and the return was just a simple.
