I had fun driving the SUV rental. Really roomy and great on the miles
Took over an hour to return the car. No attendant and no instructions. No key drop off box in return area and no instructions to find a key box. 100 degree plus heat.
The customer service needs improvement. Asked if I could get a ride waited for 20 minutes only one customer on the floor two guys on the back chatting. Not cool a simple no we don’t have time to could’ve done it and it could’ve gone along way. I’m only 2 miles away. I could’ve walked home already or called an Uber.
Renting a car from Enterprise it was quick and easy dropping it off was even faster 👍🏾👍🏾
