I would NOT recommend this company nor this location. Simply put , they did an awful job in providing a SAFE vehicle and an even more terrible job at providing customer service with any level of professionalism
We reserved a vehicle to go on vacation that can accommodate 6ppl minimum. They reserved me the standard crosssover which was going to be perfect accommodating everyone plus all our luggage. When I went to pick up they didn't have no crossovers and gave me a 5 person vehicle. Which it would of been nice if they would have contacted me to tell me they didn't have a vehicle to accommodate the number of ppl we needed it for when mind you they contacted me twice before my pick up day to tell me I need a credit card to reserve.
