I had a complicated reservation and they handled all the adjustments. Great folks and a great car.
The worst enterprise experience I’ve ever had. I rent cars often for work and have been to rental places where I could and could not park. It’s always communicated if I can’t, but not here. Upon arriving, I was never told that I couldn’t park my personal car there, not were there any signs. Fast forward two days, I try to return the rental after hours and my car is gone.
