They were very accommodating after an accident in my car. I had initially rented a car that had been smoked in, and bent over backwards to change vehicles. I will be going back to them!
The car was a total disappointment for $957 and some change….and not in good shape, but it was all I could get. Car smelled of stale smoke, scratched and dented all over I made sure I took photos before I left and during the walk around. a chip in the windshield, not to mention it was leaking oil. I returned it and ended up needing another rental the same day. I didn’t call this place back.
I had a complicated reservation and they handled all the adjustments. Great folks and a great car.
The worst enterprise experience I’ve ever had. I rent cars often for work and have been to rental places where I could and could not park. It’s always communicated if I can’t, but not here. Upon arriving, I was never told that I couldn’t park my personal car there, not were there any signs. Fast forward two days, I try to return the rental after hours and my car is gone. They had it towed without ever trying to contact me or telling me that I couldn’t park there. They refused to reimburse me for the tow cost and the manager ... read more
