IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD !! AVOID THIS PLACE !! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD ! AFTER MAKING A RESERVATION ONLINE UPON ARRIVAL I WAS DENIED A RENTAL. TRIED REACHING OUT TO THE MANAGER FOR AN EXPLANATION WITHOUT A RESPONSE. I WILL NEVER GIVE ENTERPRISE MY BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN. I WAS LUCKY TO GET A BUDGET CAR RENTAL WITH TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE !
Can’t get anyone to answer the phone for 30 minutes now - on a Monday morning at 10am. This past weekend was not a holiday weekend, so I would think they could’ve answered the phone sometime within the past half hour. The call just drops after 15 mins of very annoying hold music with tons of talking. Trying to trade out rental cars after having a flat tire this morning. Have a 7 hour drive ahead of us. Very frustrating.
