Excellent customer service.
My Experience with Enterprise was exceptional thanks to Key. She provided great customer service, and was very informative. Also, Clint is a great guy there who also provided quality service. I definitely plan to use Enterprise for any future rental car needs, and highly recommend.
Very much so enjoyed cruising around in the rental for a week and the local staff were most excellent. Thank you for making this an easy breezy experience. Appreciate you all!
TL;Dr: Do not waste your time here. I have reserved a one-way car via delta car reservation one week in advance, showed up in the right timing, and was refused to get the Car I reserved. The employee suggested if I could return the car in the same location, they would have given me a car, and they cannot because I reserved the one-way car.
