they didn't give us the car we requested. They did offer us a car with the number of seats required. they gave us a half tank of gas, but said we didn't have to refill the tank all the way. It took about 40 mins to get the vehicle and once we were loading up the car, we found food under the seats. We've had great experiences with other enterprises...this one just let us down.
Never prepared for reservations... Waste of your time to have early morning reservation.
Extremely disappointed with my experience. We reserved a 15-passenger van through Expedia well in advance for an important trip. The day before our reservation, Enterprise contacted us and informed us that the van was not available. Their explanation was that they did not have our phone number and had planned to contact us a week earlier. However, they did have our email address and never attempted to reach out before then.
