Excellent customer service.
My Experience with Enterprise was exceptional thanks to Key. She provided great customer service, and was very informative. Also, Clint is a great guy there who also provided quality service. I definitely plan to use Enterprise for any future rental car needs, and highly recommend.
Very much so enjoyed cruising around in the rental for a week and the local staff were most excellent. Thank you for making this an easy breezy experience. Appreciate you all!
TL;Dr: Do not waste your time here. I have reserved a one-way car via delta car reservation one week in advance, showed up in the right timing, and was refused to get the Car I reserved. The employee suggested if I could return the car in the same location, they would have given me a car, and they cannot because I reserved the one-way car. This company does not fit a standard Enterprise experience and are not honoring customers' reservations. Very bad business. We had a great experience from everyone we interacted with. This was mine and my husband’s first time renting and definitely would rent again. Such an easy process. Just an FYI, we were told spouses do not have to fill out anything extra to drive the vehicle, they ask for a $300 deposit until your rental is returned, paying with a credit card makes processing easier because banks put holds on certain amounts.
