The worst car rental experience ever!!! Oversell everything and overcharged money without telling you. I had a insurance from my school, my reservation clarified how much I should pay. However, the front desk(a woman) not only charged extra insurance fee 10.99$, but also charged 5.99$ for something else and never tell me what that is. Reserved a car, arrived and no car...then terribly rude about the situation, no remedy
The staff at this Enterprise location are the best. They get you in, get your out real fast.
EDIT: they responded below and I followed their instructions. It’s been 3 weeks now and management has ignored the complaint I submitted. I've had a pretty good experience at most Enterprises. However at this location, it's been pretty poor. I had my car for over a month. When I opened the glove compartment after 4 weeks, there was some rotting sushi in it. I went by there to ask them for a different car bc I needed an all wheel drive, and before I could do so Hung was really rude to me because my insurance for some reason h... read more
