The car was ready for pick up as soon as we arrived. The staff is very professional and polite as well.
Enterprise (Haverstraw location) I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years. After booking online, the Haverstraw office called to say my reserved vehicle was not available. When I asked if they could check with other locations, I was told no — I had to do it myself. Basic service delivered with coldness, leaving the customer unattended.
